Eye Movement Desensetisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a therapy technique that can help people address traumatic or distressing experiences.

During therapy you will be asked to recall a traumatic or distressing event whilst you move your eyes and track your therapists hand movements.

The process can change the way you store the memory and enable you to process this and provide relief from symptoms.

It is commonly used for single event trauma and phobias but can be used for a variety of other issues.
